Cancellation fee, It takes
30% from 7 days to 5 days ago,

・レイトチェックイン、アーリーチェックアウトは必ず時間をご一報ください。追加料金等は無し。

・チェックイン前、チェックアウト後のお荷物のお預かりが可能です。

・お子様も宿泊可能。ただしベビーベッド等の特別な設備はございません。※事前にご一報ください。
・宿泊者以外出入り禁止
・バリアフリー機能、エレベーターなし。玄関入ってすぐが階段。お部屋は全て２階になります。
・貴重品管理：盗難、紛失等の責任は一切負いません。 貴重品のお預かりはできませんので、ご自身で管理をお願いいたします。
・備品の破壊：壊したり汚したりした場合、修理代及び手数料を請求する場合がございます。
・当施設は全て個室になりますが、古い建物のため防音設備等は完璧ではありません。
また、住宅地の中にあるため、23時以降はなるべくお静かにお願いします。
・ゲストルームでの飲食は可能ですが、極力リビングダイニングルームをご利用ください。
・匂いの強いもの、アルコール消毒に含まれるエタノールは、猫にとって中毒性があります。香水等の持ち込みは構いませんが、当宿内では使用しないようにお願いします。
・ペット同伴OKですが、条件があります。※事前にお問い合わせください。
*Make sure to check the following precautions.
・All of our rooms are NO smoking.(There is a balcony at room 1)
Smoking is available outside. Cigarette smoke will set off the fire alarm.
・NO age or sex limits.
・NO entry except for guest rooms for other than guests.
・NO Barrier-free function, Elevator. The stairs are just inside the entrance. All rooms are upstairs. Please let us know if you need help carrying your luggage.
・Please keep an eye on valuable belongings.
・We cannot take responsibility in case of lost property.
・All the guest rooms are private, but the soundproofing facilities are not perfect due to the old building.
・It is in a residential area, please be as quiet as possible after 11 p.m.
・ Although Eating and Drinking is possible in the guest rooms, please use the living-dining room as much as possible.
・Strong-smelling items and ethanol contained in alcohol disinfectants can be toxic to any cats. You may bring your own perfume, etc., but please do not use it in the inn.
・Pets are allowed, but there are some conditions. Please inquire in advance.
